Orders are generally sent within 2-4 business days of payment or of funds clearing in the case of bank deposit. If you have an urgent order, please contact us directly.

Berkey and British Berkefeld units ship units directly from Auckland. If you have an urgent request in the meantime, please contact us by phone

Some of our products are in high demand. If they are out of stock, they will usually be on back order or on their way.  You may contact us to be put on a wait list to ensure you receive the product you want as soon as it comes in.  Please contact us by email or by phone (+64 9 558 5688).

Generally, except for urgent orders, we are not able to offer a pickup service. If you have an urgent request, please contact us by email or by phone (+64 9 558 5688).

We offer full product refunds or replacements in the case of manufacturer defects ONLY if reported within the warranty period. We are unable to give refunds or exchanges for used water filter bottles, water filters and all other products sold on our website where there is not a manufacturing fault. Please choose carefully. A 6-month to one year warranty applies to most of our product lines for manufacturer defects, but this may vary per brand and product.

If you feel your order may have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if possible.
